cannot accept calls

Please help! When somebody calls me I click the green phone button but I can not accept the call. The same happens when I click the red phone button. What is the problem? How can I answer a call? :|

can you post your log of the 3CX server.
also what windows version are you running?

this program seems to be very good and professional and it's to good for me :lol: i dont understand it. There is also a problem: on the Line Status page the bullets are red. Maybe I should read the manual :lol:

I've uninstalled 3CX PhoneSystem 5.1 and installed 3.0.
