We used to had 2 email addresses on every extension. The first one is the owner's, the second one is for logging missed calls.
We just upgraded to v8 and now, every new extension we add or if we edit one, we have to remove the second mail cause we get an "invalid address" error.
I tried to add a second by space and by comma, without luck.

Any ideas?

it is not possible to have more than 1 email. You will need to use distribution groups.

Did this change on v8? All our extensions have a second.
Is there any way to get all missed calls to a specific email without distribution groups?

AFAIK it has never been possible to have a 2nd email address under the extension settings.

You would need to use the correct email for the extension you want to get the notification or make some rules on the email server/client to forward.

And it's v18 btw.

Yes, it is 18.0 Update 1 (Build 237).
As you can see on the screenshots, we currently have 2 emails for our extensions. We are working like this for years. We have all missed calls sent by email to the extension owner and to a specific email (e.g. the manager) so we have a view about missed calls.

We want to keep this, but not create distribution groups or change things on our mail servers. Is there any other way?

Update: Thanks for the info above.

I'm afraid not. If you need the Manager to be able to see missed calls I'd recommend providing Management Console access instead and specifically provide the "Monitoring" rights so that he/she can view call logs and generate reports.

If you need them to receive an email you will have to look for other ways outside of 3CX to achieve this such as implementing this on the mail server.
