Hello,

I have noticed that I cannot answer calls in the webclient when I have the setting "Support Replaces" disabled either in the extension or the sip trunk. Why is this so ? I will be using a new sip trunk soon and need to disable the "Support replaces" option on the trunk. I will loose the possibility to answer calls coming from that trunk on the web client.

Also I cannot answer calls on the webclient when it comes from a 3cxclient on android unless I disable the support replace on the extension...

I have tested with the 3cxphone client for windows and do not have these problem.

Any ideas ?

Thanks.

Marco.

Hello @choimarc

What device are you controlling with the web client? Is PBX delivers audio enabled on the trunk? I cannot think of any scenario that would cause this behaviour to be honest.
Let us know of the exact call flow so we can try and replicate on our side. If we are able to replicate then we will know what is causing this so the more details you can provide the better.

Hello,

Here are the details:

3CX version: Professional Perpetual 15.5.10244.4License
Browser: Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Trunk settings:
PBX Delivers audio - checked
Supports Re-Invite - checked
Support Replaces - unchecked

Extension settings:
PBX Delivers Audio - unchecked
Supports Re-Invites - checked
Support 'Replaces' header - checked

Phone - Yealink T27G version 69.83.0.20
I use a custom template but for this issue, I have reverted to the 3cx template for this phone model.

I have done some extensive testing this morning and have isolated the problem. It seems when I have more than 1 account configured on the phone, the web client doesn't behave properly. The webclient is configured to use the phone to all and receive calls.

Is there something to be done ? Works fine with the 3cxphone client in windows.

Thanks.

If you only use one account per IP phone does it work correctly?

Yes it does.
