Cannot answer the call

Hello everyone

I am from Greece i have installed the 3cx soft on my phone server I made all the settings (i think so) required
i can call i can make outbound calls but i can't answer an incoming call
the phones are ringing but when i press the green button the call is not answered but it rings again and the green again and the same thing is done

what is maybe the problem?
what other infos do you want to give you to help me?

i think that you maybe need to know that my router is the Vigor 2700v
what have i to do?
