Cannot connect 3CX Phone System to Google Workspace

Hi there,

I've configured our workspace to the best of my ability. I was under the impression that there was no charge to integrate with Goolge Workspace to ensure we can make use of Grafana?
When trying to connect our PBX to Google, I get the issue demonstrated in the screenshot:



I have been around in circles and followed the guide to make a Billing Account Administrator.
Unfortunatley "Billing Account Administrator" is no longer a permission you can set in IAM and Admin.

Has anyone come across this or can offer any insight please?

Well that answers my question!
So I assume we can't set up Grafana Reports without paying for Google Workspace, then?

Yes you can.

you can install your own PostgreSQL server (instructions on how to do this available on 3CX somewhere).

dump your data to it and then use Grafana to read it
