I have a new installation with a sip trunk connected and working ok.
I made a call flow project dialer that gets the number from a web server and makes calls.
All calls made from the dialer are with the error :
Call or Registration to {number}@(Ln.10000@A2 Voip) has failed. {server} replied: 480 Temporarily Unavailable; from IP:{server}:5070

But If I make a call to the same number with the same sip trunk the call goes through and connects normally without any error.

What do I need to check?

One possibility is that your outbound rule is not providing a valid Caller ID Number. Remember, the call is coming from the "MakeCall" API rather than from an extension. As a result, the ID being sent to your SIP provider may be "MakeCall". Obviously, that is not a valid Caller ID number.

To solve this problem, you could assign a group filter to all of your outbound rules, except the last one. On the last outbound rule, assign a DID. Then when you place a call through your dialer, the call will not match any of the outbound rules (because the call is not coming from an extension that is a member of the group) and will fall to the last rule (that does not have a group filter applied). The Caller ID Number "MakeCall" will be overwritten by the DID you assigned to the rule.

Thank you for your response that was the problem.
