Hello EveryOne,

I have Two pbx´s connected by Public IP. 3Cx and Yeastar.

I cannot make outgoing calls from Yeaster. PSTN is connected with 3CX. I tried to create a bridge but unfornately i received this error: was rejected. Reason: Block WAN requests is ON

I tried too follow some pages/forums unfortenately i had no success. https://support.yeastar.com/hc/en-us/articles/218054487-How-to-Connect-MyPBX-to-3CX

I need help please. Can someone tell me how te set up this so that i can make outgoing calls from Yeaster?

Best Regards

The block WAN requests is normally because you have not permitted an extension to register from outside your LAN. That is an option in the extension settings.

So... the Yeastar is another PBX that you are attempting to connect to 3CX, to allow the use of some PSTN trunks?

If you are trying to use a Bridge trunk from one PBX to 3CX, then 3CX should be set as the slave to allow the other PBX to register to it.

Here is a link to some old information, that used to be on the 3CX site, that you might be able to use. 3CX no longer really supports the use of Bridge trunks between 3CX and other makes of PBXs, as there were a lot of issues getting everything working.

Hello dear, Yes Yeastar is another pbx... Besides Bridge is there another way to make outgoing
calls from Yeastar?

Thanks

The only other way, is to register a Yeastar trunk, to a 3CX extension, which I suspect you may have already attempted.

I May have done something wrong.

Can you say step by step please?

Is there any parameter on trunk outbound parameteres that i have to change?

Thanks

There are a lot of variables involved, in 3CX, Yeastar and the network. I'm not familiar with Yeastar and it's settings. I did come across a guide on the Yeastar site, if you haven't seen it already.

https://support.yeastar.com/hc/en-u...-to-Connect-3CX-and-Yeastar-S-Series-VoIP-PBX

If you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself, then you might consider engaging someone familiar with both entities.
Hello, I´ve already seen this, anyway thanks. By now i cannot connect 3Cx with Yeaster or Issabel. I managed other way to achieve my goal. Thanks for your time and help Leejor.
