Cannot make outgoing calls

Hi Community

I have set up a cloud based 3CX (version 16.0.619) with MyNetFone SIP. I have done this many times using MNF SIP trunk with IP based registration and it always works 100%. In this case because i only want one line on the 3CX i am using a SIP end-point from MNF with account based registration. Now i can receive calls but cannot make calls. I get a SIP error 502 Bad Gateway.
Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

What is giving you the "bad gateway", 3CX, or does the call make it beyond?
Have you checked he 3CX Activity Log, or is the 502 showing on a device?

Since you are now using a registration based trunk it is likely that the included template for MyNetFone will not work for you and you will need to make adjustments.
Unfortunately since we did not test this you will need to contact the provider and ask them how they want the outbound Invite to be formatted.
Then you can make the appropriate adjustments to your trunk.
