Cannot receive calls made from companies that use a PABX

We are having an issue whereby if someone calls from a pabx into our 3cx system, the user will hear 2 rings then hangup.
This is occuring from multiple companies with a pabx

If however you ring from a mobile the call goes through fine with no issues

I have check the logs and when you call from a pabx there are no log files so it is not even getting to our pabx(3cx)

Any ideas

If the calls are not reaching the 3CX system then its not a lot we can do. The best option for you is to speak with your provider and ask why the calls are not reaching your system. They should be able to provide some insight on why you are facing the issue.

Do you also have issues with calls from "normal" landline callers? Are the PABXs calling all using the same provider? Is your phone number, by chance, recently ported, to a new provider?
