Cannot receive incoming calls on 3cx Mobile when on WIFI

Hi All,

We have some users cannot receive incoming calls on their 3cx Mobile when they are on their office WIFI.
However, when on 4G, they are able to receive incoming calls.

I suspect the push notifications to 3cx Mobile App are blocked at their office firewall.

Can anyone advise the IP Address of the Apple or Google Push Notifications Servers ? I would like to check if the office Firewall is blocking these IP Address

Hi Theodoros,

Thanks for sharing. The document did not mention the IP address of Google Google Android Push Servers.
Can you advise where I can get this info ?
