CANNOT REDIRECT NORMAL CALLS

I have a HTC Desire Z. With 3CX softphone 1.29 on it. I can make calls and I can receive calls.
However Integration -> redirect normal GSM calls is not working when I choose a name from my phonebook the call is going out over a normal GSM line.

I choose from the phone book on the 3CX screen left down.

Als when use the phonebook onthe the main screen from my HTC it is not working.

Not clear on what the "redirection" issue is. I have the HTC Desire, if I tap the phonebook icon and select the number I have stored in a format to go out over 3CX (they have to have a 9 prefix), it works just fine. Are you saying that the call goes out over GSM instead of 3CX when the 3CX phone is on-line and registered?

I've the same Problem on HTC Sensation. Android 2.3.3 with HTC Sense 3.0. The calls won't be redirected to use 3CX, even I enable the Option "Redirect Calls".

I had the same Problem on a HTC Desire HD... there, it works when I was direct in the phone-book of the android and then calling... but on the HTC Sensation: no way...

I use 3CX 1.2.12.
