"Cannot restore without system owner"

<Edit> Gah, Lightsail is V20 only. Had to provision with EC2 instead.

Hi all,

I have an older system still V18 that I need to restore. When I try it gives the above error. This is self hosted, was on OVH but taking the opportunity to move to Lightsail via install.3cx.com. Any ideas how I can fix this?
