Cannot seem to find instructions on blocking CallerID numbers

Is this a function of 3CX or a function of my SIP trunk? I can't seem to find an option anywhere.

Regarding your question, there is no option for this under the 3CX Free or SMB instances.

Hi Charles, I just came across this post, Can you double clarify this for me.

You can block numbers on other 3CX versions (paid) but not in the SMB (must affordable) and not in the free version.

Is this accurate?

This feature is via the number blacklist section, which is available only with dedicated instances but not on the SMB instances (even if paid SMB PRO).
