Cannot select multiple people when adding names to a ring group

Running v16.0.655 on Win2016 server, when adding multiple people to a Ring Group (group members) I used to be able to search for a name, check the box for that person to select them, search for the next name and check the box, and so on and so on until finished where I would then click OK and all the names displayed under that Ring Group. However, it no longer does this, I can only select one name at a time.
