Cannot send pics through chat.

When trying to send pictures that are under 1 mb, I get a picture and a red X in the bottom right corner of the picture and the person receiving never gets the picture. But they can send pictures. I am sending png screenshots and it is me chatting with 1 person to their cell phone. They do not have 3cx. Attached is what I am talking about with the red x at the bottom right. Sometimes it seems to work, most times, not.

Did you try jpg instead?
