Cannot take Intermeditate certification

I am currently have the Basic certification and have tried to take the intermediate certification. When i do, it says that i need to obtain the basic cert first which i already have done.

Can someone confirm if there was a change with the certifications? I know that as a partner my stataus has been lowered due to low number of sales but does this affect the certifications as well?

What information do you see in the customer portal?

https://customer.3cx.com/prm/certification.aspx

This will show if you have a currently registered Basic Certification.

If you believe you have a current V15 certification and its not registered on your account you may have to contact support to get it listed.

Alternatively you can simply resit the Basic Certification test and obtain the certificate gain.

Make sure that you are logging in with the same account you used for the basic certification and try again. Also when did you pass the basic certification?
