Cannot upload phone directory (ext list) from 3CX to iServ DECT handsets

Looking for assistance in uploading the extension list onto 20x iServ 8630 (RTX 8630) handsets.
Directory reflects on 3CX but not on the iServ handsets.
Its not really practical to manually load the extension lists per handset.

Don't recall seeing that brand name come up in the forum previously and don't believe it is "officially" supported so moving the directory may not be a simple operation. If no one else (that uses iServ, replies), you may want to contact the manufacturer to see if they have any suggestions.

Well, it seems there is some information (from about 6 years ago), in the forum, on that model. There is an attachment from one member that has information about loading the directory. The 3CX version being used at the time may mean that "things" are slightly different.
