Cannot use 'from-internal' for context in extensions

Hi,

I have many extensions on my Elastix, i use context ' from-internal' as default when i created extensions, but now i cannot use this context anymore i need to force to use 'from-internal-additional' instead. and i use Queues for my incoming call, so i need go to extensions_additional.conf to edit file in from-queue block code to 'from-internal-additional' every time. now i am tired of this it always restore to 'from-internal' as default in extensions_additional.conf.

from-internal is present by default for every new extension and it should work so far.
Now, if this context doesn't work anymore, then it's that you've got made some changes somewhere in the dialplan.

check your context in /etc/asterisk/extensions_additional.conf and ......custom.conf

I can't do it for you.
You should check in details the content of this context.
If you have some elasstix backup, you may uncompress the archive and read extensions_additional.conf which worked fine before. Else, try to make a fresh install under virtualbox, and compare this context in your files.
But before to do it, i'll try to delete your last custom context: bad-number

you may try to find some tags in the config files like this:

more /etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf | grep thankuohoh

Replace extensions_custom.conf by a sub extensions_*.conf file and you could see all line including thankuohoh.
Delete them, reload your asterisk and make your server safety.
Else restoring a good backup.
