On mobiles we do not provide any specific support on any specific bluetooth headset being used.
We do have an option though under Settings > Advanced called Car/Bluetooth support (Telecom API).
This gives you a choice to switch between using a different API and see which ones works best for you, but the catch here is that the implementation of the API will depend on the phone's manufacturer.
That's basically the reason why it may work perfectly on iPhone but not on say one Android phone - but work perfectly fine on another Android phone.
