I need to join a WebMeeting in the next few minutes but I cannot accept the privacy policy popup. The accept button isn't grayed out but clicking it gives no response. I've tried resizing the window, zooming in/out and still can't accept. This is in Chrome. Will test in Firefox.
Any suggestions?

Press Shift+F5 in Chrome to force reload of your webclient, just as a precaution. You can also check this in an incognito window which disables any browser add ons and ignores the cache too.

Thanks for the quick response. Tried both suggestions, neither worked.
I was able to accept and join using Firefox.

Having the same issue on Chrome. Worked in Edge but of course can't use Edge. I'll try Firefox later.

Could you PM me the following?

  1. On the page with the problem, press F12, go to the tab called 'Console'
  2. While the F12 console is open, press the 'Accept' button.
  3. PM me a screenshot of the contents of the 'Console' or just the whole screen so we can take a look at any other dialog or clues that may appear.

Can you check your settings below and let me know if you're blocking access to cookies/storage?

Yes, I do block 3rd party cookies and that was the issue.
As soon as I allowed the attempted cookie, I was then able to accept the terms.

We've updated the platform with a fix for this for users who block access to their local browser storage.

The reason this is needed is so that WebMeeting knows whether you've already accepted the privacy policy or not and whether it needs to show it to you again. Users who block cookies will see the privacy policy on each login.

I had them blocked also.

I would prefer the acceptance isn't stored and prompted each use anyway.
