v18U3 Build 461; Windows 10 NUC; onprem; firewall checker OK; local Polycom phones.
Since I installed 3CX with v16 at another site with a different public IP address, I have only been able to communicate with the management console at the current site using https://[3CX server public IP]:5001. Using the FQDN to achieve this does not work. I have tried changing to dynamic IP, using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 DNS and resetting the 3CX server but there is no change once detected. The remote IOS apps work fine with the FQDN address. In all other respects, the PBX and its apps are working well. What am I doing wrong? Advice appreciated... (using 3CX FQDN)
