Ok ChrisC i found it .So i guess by enabling (default) we are saying that we will ues the GLOBAL BLACK LIST that is behind the scene and secure the PBX......Ok got it.It seems you are running 3CX v18.
You should be able to find the setting under "Security(Left Menu bar) >> Anti-Hacking".
That is exactly right, having 3CX's Global IP Blacklist will give your 3CX Instance access to a list of IPs known to be fraudulent and blocks them before they even come in contact with the PBX.
