Can't answer multiple calls from myphone app

Hello,

I have 3cx version 10 with Service Pack 3 installed on the server. One of the users has the my phone app locally installed on her PC but can't right click and answer multiple incoming calls from the my phone app. Any help will be greatly appreciated
