Can't Assign Phone To extension

Hello,

I've just provisioned a new phone, it is showing the the list of phones. Under extension field it says "NEW" and when I try to assign it to an extension nothing seems to change, it is however listed in their phones but does not work.

The model is Yealink T19P/E2, the 3cx version is: 15.5.15502.#

The 3cx is hosted on an SBC on site.

I followed this guide and used the plug n play method.

Any help is appreciated, I don't have much experience with 3CX.

Do you check the 'Known Limitations' - https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t1-series/ . You have to disable 'Only Accept Trusted Certificates' on the phone via the phone gui - settings is under Securitty - Trusted Certificates

Have you access the phone gui, can you see it as being registered ?

What browser are you using, try Chrome is not already using this

Do you have SBC on the same network as 3CX ?
