can't call external

I setup 2 lines with 2 voip providers. The first one works fine but the second one return this error: "Bad Request - "Malformed/Missing Contact filed" making outbound calls. Has anyone some ideas how to resolve?
My second voip provider is SKYPHO (Italian)

Hi,

there is too little information to help you. Please provide the settings that you configured for the second provider, and also provide the server status log messages. This will give enough information to be able to suggest a path of action.

Like mr Admin said, More info is better.

By trying to make an outbound call I assume it registered in the first place.

Have you configured a dial out rule?
Are you trying to call both VOIP providers at the same time? Eg two calls outbound?

So many ways this can go wrong or wright so more info would be good.
