Can't call from hardware SIP phones but can RX.

I have a lot of experience with other SIP PBXs, this is my first with 3CX.

All the below is just internal calls only, I have not done anyting external yet:

I have the 3CX soft phone on my PC, and on my iOS devices and they work great to call each other no problem. I also have a couple of Aastra hardware 57i phones registered and they show up as "registered (idle)" in the Extension Status. The Aastra phones can receive calls fine from 3CX soft phones but when I try and dial a 3CX soft phone from the Aastra or Aastra to Aastra I get fast busy and "call failed" on the screen.

I'm not sure but suspect that there may be an internal (set) dialplan that needs to be modified. You can confirm this by trying a call from one of these sets, then checking the 3CX log to see if the PBX even received a call, or, if it did, what number was sent.
