Can't change webclient internal URL

The user get a mail with this information:

Your Web Client Login
Inside the office: https://XYZ.my3cx.be:5001/webclient
Outside the office: https://XYZ.3cx.be:5001/webclient

The URL for the inside office is different then the one for the outside office. (Maybe it's caused when I did the transfer from 3CX to personal server.)

But I want to change the "inside URL", because this one is not working (certificate error). I don't find this in the management console.

Any ideas?

Both FQDN should be the same, there is not setting to change it as it is taken from your fqdn

Has the welcome email been changed

You need to change the welcome email - Settings - EMail Settings - Email Templates - Extension Weicome

I checked the welcome email, but the problem is somewhere else:

Inside the office: <a href="%%WEBCLIENTURL%%"
Outside the office: <a href="%%WEBCLIENTURLPUBLIC%%"

So, the difference is between %%WEBCLIENTURL%% and %%WEBCLIENTURLPUBLIC%%, but where is this set?

Hi @kthomeer,

In Settings >> Parameters, type link_local. Do you see the "incorrect" information being displayed (a FQDN)?

DO NOT CHANGE THE PARAMETER, YOU WILL BREAK YOUR SYSTEM.

Instead, if you see the incorrect information, backup your PBX and reinstall. This was caused by selecting "I have my own DNS server" during installation.

I searched for link_local and don't find my3cx.be, only 3cx.be.
I also searched for my3cx.be, but have no results.

Update: After logging on to @kthomeer's system, the new mails being sent weren't being sent with 2 links. The issue seems to have resolved on its own. He will monitor and let me know if there is any issue.
