Hello,

We are currently figuring out weird issue with our 3CX.
We migrated our 3CX from v16 to v18. I had to install the 3CX from Backup, because we were not able to make direct update from v16 to v18. Since then, I am not able to control the provisioned Snom phones from the 3CX GUI.
When I select any of the phones, the control bar stays grayed out.
If I select any of the Phones and go to the Edit Extension and then Phone Provisioning, the phone is not there.

So what I am trying to do, is to add the phone to the Extension with the MAC address of the phone, which should be associated to this person.
I added the Phone to the person and when I am trying to save by pressing the OK button, nothing happens. In the developer tools, there is visible save error, which seems to be connected to the MAC address, but it doesn't says much

So I am currently not able to control phones, add them to the persons, or even remove them from the Phones panel. Could you please try to help me with this situation?

This model is now EOL. Simply remove the Cyberdata entry (copy your MAC first!) then readd the Snom D120. It doesn't work right now as the model doesn't match the entry in Phone Provisioning. (That template mess up happens when a template filename changed on the server.)

This is because the system is still referring to old templates that no longer exist (probably from your V16).

1. Delete the entries from the extensions, and press OK to save.

2. Then factory reset the phones, and assign them as new phones by following the guide for your models.

3. This will solve your issue.

Thank you for your answers. I don't know, why I didn't try to remove the Cyberdata entry first... It solved the whole issue with saving.

Can you now control the phones with the reboot / reprovision buttons?
