Solved Can't delete account

Trying to delete a trial account and when I go through the process I get an error message saying it can't be deleted at the moment.

Can anyone help?

I have created a couple account delete requests and tried each multiple times.

Do you have a hosted Instance with 3cx ?
If so we have to first delete this machine.
