Solved Can't delete item under "Call Handling Menu"

I can't seem to delete an item under the "Call Handling" Menu. The "Delete Live Char-Text-Calls Menu" choice is greyed out (see screenshot).

Nevermind, i realized it was because this is created by default when a department is created.
