Hi!

I upgraded to the last version of non commercial 3CX version.

I have configured my IP soft phones, as also my SPA 941

I had some VOIP lines from a german provider, and also some lines from one in Argentina

But the problem comes with the argentinian lines. I think I configured everything like I had, but I always get busy with the arg lines. And I can't do any calls trough them.

The log I get

16:06:49.690 [CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: Terminated
16:06:49.690 [CM503016]: Call(6): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]> failed. Reason: Reason Unknown

16:06:49.159 [CM503001]: Call(6): Incoming call from Ext.109 to <sip:[email protected]>

I can do calls with the german lines. So I think it is not a router problem

Any ideas?

Thanks. The problem is that provider.net doesn't like to give support with people that do not use their Linksys Gateway :x

The only think they say is that on their side everythink is working fine. And so was it on my side before upgrading!

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I've deleted my previous post, sorry for the "confuse"
The straight answer is: We have no any clues to resolve "Cause: 405 Method not allowed" response received from "provider.net".

I'm wondering if it has something to do with the User Agent info that is being sent to them. You can change that to "fool" them into thinking you are using a Linksys gateway. You may need to know which one they want you to be using.

Here is a link to a series of posts on how to change that info. It arose when it was discovered that SipPhone had blacklisted 3CX from registering with them.

http://www.3cx.com/forums/help-with-sipphone-com-not-registering-3254.html

You could put in something like "SPA3102-5.1.7(GW)" , one of the user agents for a SPA3102 gateway.
If you do a search for "Sip User Agents" on the net you will come up with a number you can try.
