Can't Finish the Registration Details.

When I was done with the registration details and press the finished button an error message like this will be displayed. can't finish the registration. Please find the attachment.

Okay great @yomaldyw, so you used the 3CX ISO you downloaded from the Customer Portal to install.

Did you install this using a backup?

Did you change any of the local settings after installation?

Also note that VMWare Workstation 15 Pro is not supported for production systems. Note here the supported Hypervisors: https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/

after the installation process is complete, I will come to select two options.
1. Web Interface
2. CLI Mode

Then I select option 1 and try to finish registration.

No, I didn't mean you have to install using a backup, I was just curious as to whether you did use one.

Try instead to install on another hypervisor and let me know what happens.
