Can't Finish the Registration Details.

Dear All.

When I was done with the registration details and press the finished button an error message like this will be displayed. can't finish the registration. Please find the attachment.

please help me to solve this problem

In what environment are you setting this up in?
 
This is a local install then? Not in the cloud?

Yes, local Installation.

I am trying to install this on a VM.

  2. What VM is it that you've got installed?
  3. What VM OS are you using?
  4. What version is it?

    Ans - I'm Using - VMware® Workstation 15 Pro / Version 15.0.0 build-10134415

  2. What VM is it that you've got installed?
    Ans - I downloaded it through my 3cx account.

  3. What VM OS are you using?
    Ans - debian-amd64-netinst-3cx

  4. What version is it?
    Ans - you mean Debian version?

Yes, I download it to my customer portal.

No, I didn't change anything.

after the installation process is complete, I will come to select two options.
1. Web Interface
2. CLI Mode

Then I select option 1 and try to finish registration.

Did you install this using a backup?

Can you try to install using a different hypervisor?

To install this way, I need to have one installed before right?

No, I didn't mean you have to install using a backup, I was just curious as to whether you did use one.

Try instead to install on another hypervisor and let me know what happens.
