Can't get inbound routes from voip.ms DID to work

Just switched to 3CX from Asterisk but I cannot get my inbound DIDs to work at all with Voip.ms as a provider. It registers and I can make calls no problem but inbound just do not work at all. The log is pasted below, sorry it's long I think it keeps repeating, this is during an inbound call. It keeps giving authentication errors but the username and passwords are correct, and again I can make outbound calls fine just not receive inbound ones through the DID. What I don't get is how it says make sure the username and password match the ones in extension settings. What does that mean, what extension settings? It sounds like it's a setting in the Source ID field that needs to be set but I'm not really sure what I would need to change?

Have you double checked when you added the DIDs the the auth id code is corect? It looks lke and error in t log

Hi Lee,

Are u sure you are using a Supported VOIP provider? I have had the same issue with a unsupported provider which I eventually did not get to work. Give Voip.ms a call and ask them what the correct settings for 3cX should be. If they don't know 3cX I advice you to port your numbers to a (by 3cX) supported VOIP provider. Check the following list:

I actually got it working finally. Under Source ID under my voip provider's main page I had to check the box Source Identification by DID and then add all the DIDs there and that made it work.

I also had to add the DID to the list of DIDS it uses for source Id. At first I only added the 10 digit DID and it did not work until I added the 1 in front of it. I did not try it with a mask or wild cards.

Today, I set up a new DID and had to use 10 digits with them.
I decided to use *DID just in case it ever changes.
