Here is my problem.
One Yealink phone assigned to Account 1 with extension 6200
One Yealink phone assigned to Account 1 with extension 6201
One Grandstream Phone assigned to account 1 with extension 6202
One Grandstream Phone assigned to account 1 with extension 6203
All phones assigned to Ring Group 8500
DID number is assigned to extension 6200

Issue:
No matter what I try the extensions 6202 and 6203 will not ring in the ring group on incoming calls. I am able to call out and call other extensions in the group.
This has to be some kind of setting I am missing. Any Ideas?

Are the incoming calls via a DID routed to the ring group? If you call the ring group number (8500) from another extension, does it then work?
Have you checked the 3CX Activity Log, to see why the calls goes where they do?

Are you using Prioritized Hunt as your ring strategy? What is your ring time on the Ring Group. If you have a large Ring Time, there is a possibility, in a prioritized Hunt scenario that the call may be dropped by your provider as the call coming in is not considered as answered, and some providers will only ring a call for 60 seconds before dropping it. This time out differs from provider to provider.

Also, make sure your extensions are not configured in the forwarding rules to not accept calls when they are Away, and these extensions have just changed the status of their extension.

Lots of unknowns in your scenario right now...

Nicholas,
I have decided that the Grandstream GXP2135 phones don't play well with Yealink Phones on the same account. I am just going to use Yealink phones in my account.
