can't get the assistant connected

hi all,

I'm trying to use the assistant. but i'm not able to make it connect.

first question :
is the assistant working with the free version of 3CX ?

if yes, is there special settings to do to get it work ?

The assistant requires a paid version of 3CX or use of the trial key.
