cant get the recorded call on the 3cx soft to play back

cant get the recorded call on the 3cx soft to play back and where is the wave file so i can move it to my database

If you are on Windows 2008, go to your Server Management / Features and add Desktop Experience.

On any other O/S just download the K-Lite Codec pack and see what happens.

so i downloaded it and still nothing when i say i will save them localy where to they go exactly if i pull them up out side the phones controls and try to play them as a wave will that work or what folder do they go to
