CANT HEAR / NOT HEARD OUTSIDE THE NETWORK

Hi there i am using the new 3cxPhone 3 client for my android HTC Desire S and i face the following problem

When i am at the office using the same netowrk as the phone system then there is no problem. When i am outside the office connected through wifi, the phone registers ok and shows "on hook" but when i call i neither here anythig nor does the person on the other side of the line here me.

Can someone help me please

I'm assuming that you are using 3CX as the PBX.

You have set to "out of office"?

Have you tried calls from more than one hotspot?

What does the registration (when out of the office) look like in the 3CX log? Does it show the public IP of the remote router that the phone is behind?
