Can't hold a call

Hi, When I initiate a call, I can't hold this call when i put the hold touch, the call was ended. I can't transfert too. Any ideas where i can find this settings please ?

I dont see that phone listed as a supported phone from 3CX website.

Are you using the 9621 template or have you not specified a template?

is the phone on the latest FW?

Does it work fine when you press hold from the softphone?

3CX gave me a template and I modified this file with my informations.
The phone is on the FW 2.6.17.0
It works fine when i press hold button from the softphone.

From the avaya phone. Call hold only triggers on incoming calls

Do you have the problem with the default template and not the one you've customised?
