even though I have installed I'm not succeeding in installing 3CXPhone6.msi, I'm getting the error: "there is a problem with this windows installer package. a dll required for this install to complete could not be run.".
this is very strange because I can successfully run other msi packages.
the system is a windows 8 enterprise x64.
any clues? is there a .exe installation of 3CXPhone6?

SOLVED:
I had to change permission to full for all users to the folder:
C:\Users\x\AppData\Local\Temp
