Freshly restored (see this post https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/cpu-over-utilization-led-to-broken-instance.74361/) Lightsail hosted Standard Annual 16.0.5.619 using SBC's (x2) Customer has 6 yealink T46 handsets all on the lateset firmware, and 1 cell phone app and 1 windows client. When I try and enable the instance manager on the newly restored instance I get

install-instance-manager returned error code 255

Instance manager is network partners area still shows the old instance and the graph reflects the cpu overutilization that caused original problem. Is there a time frame for the instance manager that I have to wait for before enabling on new restored machine?

Can you run this from ssh as root and try again...

Bash:
wget -O - https://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/misc/debianpatches/9/16/0/5/20200619-os-update.sh | bash

Same issue, new install for a new customer, could not install the instance manager. Ran the command and now shows up in our 3cx portal but it says the instance is not yet configured properly.

I am still having the same issue even after using the wget command on a brand new fresh install I literally just spun up. We have used the PBXExpress on Azure and still no luck with Instance Manager, any assistance be great.

Never mind, I remembered I needed to run "sudo -s" before running command.

That worked for me. Be sure to run sudo -s as a seperate command first, will not work by prepending to the command.
