Can't Install Version 15 SP6a on Debian 9

Hello, I am trying to install version 15 SP6a on Debain 9 using the following command:

apt-get install 3cxpbx=15.5.20000.6

But I am getting the following error..

E: Version '15.5.20000.6' for '3cxpbx' was not found

I'm also getting the same error for any build of version 15 that I am trying to install. I can not install version 16, because the server that I need to use as an SBC is running Windows Server 2008 and v16 of the SBC will not install on there.

Any guidance would be appreciated. I will need to get this setup before the end of the weekend.

V 15 is no longer available or supported, You will need to install V16

Thanks. I ended up creating a new VM running Debain to handle the SBC.. I still can't get the phones to show up though.. will be creating a separate thread for that right away.
