I deployed a Yealink CP925 conference phone with our 3CX installation with version 20 update 9. Everything went nice, but the company phonebook is not showing. Looking into the phone configuration, I see that it's looking for two files:
http://192.168.79.202/provisioning/g6es90eu8u/shared_[MAC].xml
http://192.168.79.202/provisioning/g6es90eu8u/personal_[MAC].xml
But those two files are not present in the 3CX PBX.
I modified the configuration manually in the phone to this: http://192.168.79.202/provisioning/g6es90eu8u/yealink_phonebook.xml and it works. Phonebook is loaded.
My question is, why the 3CX provisioning is setting wrong files for the phone or maybe is not creating the needed files?
Anyone knows?
