Firstly, you will need to sort out the connectivity, as the page is timing out.

If you are accessing your machine internally, you will need to ensure that the machine is actually reachable on its internal IP address through your FQDN.

Secondly, what are the specifications of this machine?

Ensure your machine is specified properly, based on your user count https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/

Hi Nicholas,

my connection is very stable and am able to make conference calls without timing out.

Where is your pbx installed? If on premise, you need to configure split dns.

HI Nicholas,

it installed local on premise and all the phones and extensions are working well.the only problem is we cant login to the system

Did you configured split dns? You need to figure out your network problems first.

Check your internal IP Address on the machine. We are seeing connections to the activation server from an IP Address of 169.254.x.x and not from your 10.x.x.x IP as it was before!!!!!

Again.... Fix your network and you will gain access again.

Please tell me you are not connecting your PBX to the network via WiFi....

@msf On your PC what does "nslookup your-FQDN.3cx.co.za" return for your server's IP?
