Can't make international call to Thailand

Dear team,

Currently, I'm facing issue with can't make outbound call to Thailand, For call local country it working fine.
I'm done allow call to Thailand on 3cx system and mobile operator also open to call international.
I concern I set rule for outbound call not correctly, Could any one please kindly help to give advice or provide sample rule for outbound call.

If you look in the event log it will tell you why it's failing.

you could also run a capture to see what 3CX is sending to your provider too to make sure all the digits are correct.

You would need to dial your international dial code followed by Thailand's country code and then the number.

From the UK, for example, 00 66 <number>

I think what @kieferschild said about the event log is the first thing to check.

• Do you get an error message there? If yes, what is it?

• If you can't see anything in the Event log, go to Activity Log >> Settings and enable Verbose. Make the call and then check the last call in the Activity Log, what do you see here?

• If you see a line starting with " No known route from" it may be that you are not matching an Outbound Rule in which case you would have to adjust them.

• If you do not feel comfortable to run a packet capture as @kieferschild mentioned. You can use the activity log instead to check what you are sending to the Provider and what they are sending back.

Could you also let us know what SIP Provider you're using, is it a 3CX Supported one?
