Can't preview images in app

Hi 3CX staff,
I'm having an issue with the Android mobile app on some Redmi smartphones.

When a user receives an image, the image preview in chat doesn't work properly, asking you to download the picture instead of directly showing you in-app. This doesn't happen with every user, so my guess is that it's related to the smartphone rather than the app itself. I checked the app settings but couldn't find anything that could be related.
Any hints on this?

Hi Andrea. This is most probably due to the image resolution or size being over a specified limit.
If the image is ober 4k resolution, and after performing compression from the app side, it still is over 4k, we provide the image as a downloadable file rather than a previewable image.

Can you tell me what is the size limit? I see that there's going to be an unpdate soon to V20, is the resolution issue going to be fixed maybe?
