Solved Cant provisioning 3CX Windows App anymore, not button in webclient available

Hey,
since the newest update for our 3cx installation we cant see the windows button anymore. So we cant download the app and we cant provision it.
Here is a screenshot of the webclient, any ideas?
Instead of the Edge icon there was normally the windows icon.
