I'm trying to setup a Linksys SPA941 as a remote phone using SIP Proxy Manager. This is the first time we've tried to use SIP Proxy Manager. 3cx Windows Phone with tunnel works fine so firewall settings should be good. I configured everything in SIP Proxy Manager and on the phone as per the documentation. I can successfully make calls from the remote phone through SIP Proxy Manager and it works great. However I can't receive calls. I get an error in the server activity log...something like 'remote side of tunnel not connected'. Unfortunately I don't remember the exact error and can't look it up and the moment.
Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
