Hey guys, having issue where I cant get any calls to come through or texts. I can send texts and make phone calls just fine. I emailed Flowroute Tech and they said

(We have found the call and we are seeing that your FreePBX system at the IP 172.x.x.x is answering the call then a few seconds later we are seeing the calling party hang up the phone. It appears that your FreePBX system is playing the message and we recommend checking your FreePBX logs to see why it is playing the message. Flowroute does pass everything with the country code so the number will be sent to your system in the format 1704xxx instead of 704xxx which may cause FreePBX to not recognize the number.)

I have the trunk set up properly and set inbound calls to go to my extension that I set up but no luck. Just get the recording (the number you have dialed is not in service)

Any help with this would be awesome.

3CX won't be playing a "not in service recording". That may be coming from your provider, or the originating provider. You might want to see if the 3CX Activity Log to see if it offers any details as to what may be happening.
If these are DID calls, you might want to see (in the log) exactly what number is being sent, and if your DID rules match, exactly.

Also, I find it kind of weird that Floweroute mentioned another PBX. Have you confirmed the IP 172.x.x.x Flowroute saw is the actual IP of your 3CX PBX? If not, it may be that you have this SIP Trunk account set up on another PBX too.

I do actually. I have 2 of my numbers going to FreePBX that have been running for about 4 years now. So I just ordered a new number and pointed it to 3cx for my other business. I wanted to move a way from freepbx just due to the simplicity of 3cx and the many more features that I need.

Flowroute tech showed me a way to route to two different PBX's and now all work as it should. Somehow freepbx was intercepting 3cx signal and what not. Got it all figured out. This is what they said for anyone else that might run into this.

(I see the inbound routes but all three of your numbers are still set to SIP Registration. To set a route for your DIDs you will want to go to the Manage page under DIDS then select the DID you would like to set the route to. Then at the top click set route under choose DID action and then Apply DID action. This will take you to a new page where you will be able to select the route you would like to set for the DID and then confirm. Once you have done that it will take you back to the Manage DIDS page and the route should now show up for the DID instead of SIP registration. Please let me know if you have any questions. )

Very pleased to see you managed to get this sorted!

I'm sure this information will prove useful to others with a similar setup.

I'll be marking this thread as solved since everything seems ok now so please do let us know if anything else comes up!
