Can't receive reset password email

I found out today that I can't receive any email from 3CX, and I have checked my spam folder and it's not there.
The mail system we use is Google, is there a problem with 3CX server?

Seems there is an issue with DNS and therefor authorization for emails. I have the same problem on 3 instances.
