Can't recieve call to 3CXPhone for windows

Hello
I've installed the program with the id 300 and i've register to 3xc system.
I can make calls from the program to any number.
The problem is that i cant call the specific extension, its always comes up to leave a message.
The program says Available.
Any help?

I would send the welcome email and click on the attachment which has the config for extension

Also if the pc on the same lan as the 3cx pc

Is this a new extension?
Is it in the same location as other extensions? Remote, or local to the server?
If it is remote, is it behind an SBC or just a router?
If just behind a router, it must have a local port that is unique to the device, you can't have two remote devices, behind the same router (no SBC), that use the same (5060?) local port number.

Yes it's a new extension.
It's in the local network.
It have the ip 192.168.1.2 and the other extensions have ...231 ....232 etc.
As I told I can make calls successful from this extension but I can't receive calls.
I also tried to disable the firewall or open exclusively the port but with no luck.

It shouldn't be a firewall issue if it is on the same LAN as the server. It may be an IP or port issue. Check the 3CX Activity log right after a call to the extension. Does the IP and port appear to be what you think it should be. What about right after a registration attempt? Does the extension even show as registered in 3CX.

Either 3CX can't send an Invite to the destination it has been told that the extension resides, or you may have an option, such as Do Not Disturb Not Available, active. The log should give you some information as to why the call cannot be completed.

It would appear that the call rang ext 300 for about 10 seconds, then went to voicemail as programmed as it was not answered. Do you need to, perhaps, increase the call forward timeout? Is the set not indicating an incoming call?

Not certain about the port used by the set...62343, and why it isn't something like 5060.
